All conversions to Judaism are done through the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA), with the Va'ad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle functioning as a regional Beth Din (religious court) of the Beth Din of America.  To learn more about this process, you can read an article by the head of the regional Beth Din, Rabbi Moshe Kletenik.
