The Seward Park Eruv was completed in 1991 under the direction and supervision of Rabbi Shimon Eider of Lakewood, New Jersey.  It is checked on a weekly basis to ensure that it is intact.  The Eruv is operated and funded by Congregation Bikur Cholim-Machzikay Hadath.  It is supervised by Rabbi Moshe Kletenik.
