News & Events » Summit at First Hill Bistro Night Oct. 25th

It’s time again! We’re hoping you will join us here at The Summit at First Hill for our ~Northwest Fusion~ menu on October 25th, a Tuesday evening. We offer two seatings, the first at 7:45pm and the second at 8:15pm.  The price for dinner is $36.00 per person, all inclusive. This event usually sells out quickly. We hope you will join us by reserving today!
Last Bistro Night was our biggest ever, the evening was a celebration that brought friends and community together. We hope you will come be a part of it here at the Summit.
“Bistro Night” here at the Summit is a chance to savor Kosher cuisine (We’re supervised daily by Va’ad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle staff) in an elegant atmosphere. We offer a selection of Kosher wines paired to each course for your enjoyment. These wines are included in your price already. This Bistro Night meal will be Kosher-meat. We’re looking forward to showing you what the JTNews calls Seattle’s Hidden Kosher Restaurant.
Here at the Summit we have a private dining space excellent for larger parties of 10-14 people. If you have a larger group please inquire via email as to the availability of the private room. Due to space limitations we ask that reservations of six or more include a credit card. You may be subject to a charge if your plans change and you do not inform us within 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
The Summit offers free parking in our garage. The garage is located on the Minor Street side of our building. For additional information or to make any changes to your reservation please contact Chef Michael Rogozinski Director of Culinary Services, or Chris Eager Dining Room Manager at 206.652.4444 during business hours or by return email.
Thank you, we look forward to serving you!
